Yes. For wholesale customers, the minimum initial order is 25 pieces per sku. For reorders, the minimum is 75 pieces per sku.

We accept payments for wholesale orders via wire transfer. Please contact us at info@fairhavencircle.com to place a wholesale order.

50% of the order total is due upon order placement. The remainder is due immediately prior to shipment.

Repeat customers may qualify for net 30 terms. Please contact us to determine if you are eligible.

Orders will be confirmed within 3-5 business days with an updated delivery timeline. Pillows are made to order and come with a 12-16 week lead time. We will advise if we can deliver sooner as soon as we confirm with our suppliers.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping, and tracking info will be provided. Fairhaven Circle, LLC is not liable for delays in shipping due to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

We do not accept wholesale returns. In case you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within five (5) business days of when you receive the package so we can exchange them ASAP.

We do not take order cancellations.

Buyers are permitted to use our product images for marketing purposes, subject to approval. You may also use our images on social media with credit. All content may only be used to market our products. Please contact us for high-resolution images.

Reselling Fairhaven Circle products under a different brand name is strictly prohibited.

All items must be sold as is — please get permission before repackaging or bundling with other products. Selling on 3rd party websites like Amazon or Etsy is prohibited.
